Prompt inspection and detection are intended to occur locally within the browser environment. Primal Sec does not intentionally collect, store, or transmit prompt contents unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The Service may interact with or operate alongside third-party platforms, browsers, AI tools, and websites including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Chromium-based browsers.

Primal Sec is not affiliated with or endorsed by these third-party providers unless explicitly stated.

 

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where:

• these Terms are breached

• misuse is detected

• licensing terms are violated

• continued use presents operational or security risks

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
